The "Si io sono" (Yes I am...) series, recently opened by Lapis with the books about Michelangelo and Freud and already a great success, is today growing with two new exciting titles: "Imhotep e il mistero della piramide" (Imhotep and the pyramid mistery) and "Leonardo e l'enigma di un sorriso" (Leonardo and the smile enigma). The novels, conceived for readers from eight years old, are based on really existed characters, but talks about fictionary events, to have the possibility to explain in a fun way the historical moment and the culture sorrounding the main character, that is always a great genius of humanity.
The structure of the book is:
- The first page has the presentation of the characters, who they were at the time when the action take place.
- The novel (divided in chapters).
- The last page has some more informations about who the main characters will be in their future.
All the books have beautiful black and white illustrations, like for example the following ones, from Imhotep.
